6W 3D Went to the Rising Sun to have Thai with Kawano かわのとタイを食べに行く

かわのにトルコのガイドブックを貸すために会う。TheRaisingSun パブの２階のタイに行くことにする。まず、パブでハーフ一杯。でも、やっぱりもしかしてと思い、レストランではアルコールを飲まない。あまり飲みたい気がしないのも事実だ。なんか、相変わらず軽い生理痛があり、不快なのに生理が来ない。２、３日前は、寝る前にかなり本格的な生理痛があったと思い、「やっぱり妊娠してなかったか・・・」とちょっとがっかりして、生理用品を着けて寝た。が、ならない。

I saw Kawano to pass my Turkey Guidebook. We went to the Thai restaurant upstaires of a pub called The Raising Sun. We had half a pint before. I did not order alchol just in case I am pregnant! After all, I did not feel like drinking beer... I still have slight period ache like pain and I feel so unconfortable but no sign of it coming. A couple of days ago, I had quite a strong pain and I worn sanitary pad, thinking a bit disappointed with the feeling that I am not pregnant. But it did not come!

6W 0D 生理？更年期障害？ 妊娠？ PMS or menopause or pregnancy??

生理が来る前みたいに軽い生理痛がずーっと続いている。夜はなんだか微熱があるみたいに体が熱くてなかなか熟睡できない。週末に街に出てみたもの、突然ひどい疲労に襲われて、ベンチに座って休憩なんてことが続けて２回もあった。子どもも産まないうちにとうとう更年期障害が始まったのかと、不安になり、Jasonにインターネットで調べてもらう。更年期障害も生理前の症状も似ていて区別がつかないみたい。妊娠すると体温の高温期が続くのでのぼせのような症状もあるらしく、もしかしたら妊娠って事もありえるようだ。

I've had a period-pain like ache for a long time. I also feel a bit hot at night and I can not sleep well. When we go to the city centre for shopping, I suddenly feel very tired and I need some rest. This has happened twice in the last couple of weeks. I have started to worry that menopause has started finally at such an early age.... Jason checked all my symptoms on the internet as usual. It seems to be difficult to distinguish between PMS and menopause. They have very similar symptoms. In addition, if we get pregnant, our temperature stays a bit high and may experience something like hot flush of menopause. It's another possibility...

5W 6D Birgit is staying with us. ビルギットがミュンヘンから遊びに来てる。

ビルギットが今週末遊びに来てる。今朝はバルコニーで朝食を採り、カナリーワーフまで散歩した。彼女がＧｏｄ Ｃｈｉｌｄの話しをしている。「あと一人ぐらいはやってもいいよ」なんて言ってる。生理がまだ来ない私は、一瞬、本当に私の赤ちゃんのＧｏｄ Ｍｏｔｈｅｒになってもらおうかしらなんて思ったりする。パブで休憩したが、なんとなく、妊娠してたらと思い、オレンジジュース＆レモネードを飲む。

Birgit from Munchen has been staying with us. We had breakfast at balcony this morning, and had a walk to Canary Wharf. She was talking about her God Child, adding, 'I can have one more. That's all.' The idea that my baby's god mother is German will be quite cool, just came across my mind, because my period has still delayed. We had a break at a pub, but I just had an Orange juice and Lemonade, having thought just in case I am pregnant......

4W 6D 生理が遅れ気味 My period is late

35日経ったがまだ生理が来ない。ここ数年は28日から30日とういう周期で正確だったが、もともと41日周期なので、たまにこんなこともあるかとは思う。ただ、生理痛のような痛みが軽くある。今朝は偏頭痛もあったのでImigranを一錠飲んだ。

It's 35th day from the last period. My period has been quite constant in the last couple of years, between 28 to 31 days interval. Hoewver, the interval used to be much longer, about 41 days, and I would not worry much. I have a slight period ache like pain. Also had a slight Migraine and took a tablet of Imigran this morning.
