アラタの学校、水曜日は半ドンだが、1学期からカラテを習っている。おかげで、2時に迎えに行けばよく、1時間半ほど、自由の時間が延びた。

1時間のクラスなので、集中力が持たないようで、迎えに行く頃にはアラタはだらだら。だけど、階級を上げないとやる気を失くすからと、今学期からはグリーンベルト。「キアイ～～」って合唱しているけど、気合いがあまり入ってません。

Arata attends Karate class after school on Wednesdays.

It's an hour class, and it's beyond his limit. When I get there just nearly the end of the class, Arata doesn't concentrate any longer, hopefully he does before!, but the master promoted his grade to the green belt this term. Well, otherwise, kids lose interest. Yes, I agree, I want him to keep doing to give me extra 1.5 hours every Wednesday!

They chant 'Kiai~~~', which doesn't necessarily sound with Kiai.
