実家にも電動ミキサーを買ったので、シフォン型を買って行った。日本に来て一度成功したことあるけど、それ以来にうまくできた。実家の室温とかが関係ある？？？
I bought a mixer for my parents' in January. To make most of it, I bought a chiffon mould today. It was my second sucessful chiffon cake in more than 6 years of my chiffon experience. It may be related to the temperature at my parents' house??
