12W 0D 夏休み Summer Holiday

Jasonは昨日の夜からソウルに出張。

安定期は16週から31週なんだそうだ。その間は飛行機に乗ったり、できるってどっかで読んだのでこの間に今年中のホリデーは取ってしまおうって事になった。ちょうど7月から9月までの3ヶ月だ。その間に2回に分けて10日ぐらいずつ、行くことにした。プラハ、ポーランドって事でまず探していたのだが、ヘルシンキへ行く切符が40ポンドぐらいで買えるプロモーションをRyanairがやっているとKatyが教えてくれたので、急遽予約した。8月20日から10日ほど、ヘルシンキから、バルト3国へ行こうと思う。もう一つのホリデーは9月にプラハ＋ポーランド10日間にしようと思っている。

PaulがシンガポールからKarinの住んでいるBernへ来るので、8月の16日の週に何日かスイスに来ないかというお誘いと、Tackのバンコクでの結婚式が8月28日にあるから行きたかった思惑をうまく混ぜて、元々行くつもりだったプラハ＋ポーランドにくっつける努力もしてみたが、あまりにも強行そうなので諦めた。妊娠してなきゃ、全部行くのにって既に不自由を感じてしまう私だ。この先大丈夫！？

実はきのう、もう一つのショートブレイクを予約してしまった。としさんが先週イタリアへ行った話しを聞いて、急にうまいイタリアンパスタが食べたくなったからだ。やはりRyanairでどこでもいいからイタリアの都市でフライトが一番安いところっていう条件で探し、半島南東のほとんど最先端にあるBrindisiという所へ7月9日から2泊で行くことにした。フライト自体は60ポンド弱。でも、そんな地名聞いたこともない。もしアルバニアの移民しかいなくて、パスタじゃなくてケバブ（アルバニア人が食べるか実は知らないが）しか食べられなかったりして。

きょうはついでにどっかの週末でバーデンバーデンも予約してやれなんて勢いだった。Jasonとすぐ連絡が取れてたら取っちゃったかもしれないわ。これこそ駆け込み旅行だ。もう、2人でこんな身軽に旅行ができなくなると思うと、この3ヶ月に旅行に行きまくる計画だ。

夕飯にますみちゅんと会った。私の妊娠を知ってる友人とゆっくり面と向かって話しをするのは初めてだってことに気づく。隠し事がないので気が楽だ。明日は Independent Hospital でのスクリーニング、9時から。12時ごろには結果が分かるはず。ちょっと緊張する。夜は Min とご飯を食べに行くので、彼女が結果を聞く初めての友人になる。

きょうあやこから小包が届いた。梅干しとかのりとか私がほしかったものがたくさんあった。嬉しい！ ありがとう！なんでこんなに私のほしいものがわかるの！

Jason has been on business trip to Seoul since yesterday.

It's from 16th to 31st week that pregnancy is quite stable. During this period, you can fly as well without much worries. We have decided to take this year's all holiday. It's exactly from July to September and we are going to take 10-day holidays.We were going to go to Prague and Poland as the first leg, but Kati told me that Ryanair has a promotion at the moment and we can get a return flight for only 40 pounds. Of course, we booked flights to Helsinki instead. We are going to the Baltic countries from there, our holiday is from 20th August for 10 days. We are still thinking about going to Prague and Poland as our second leg summer holiday.

Paul in Singapore is coming to Bern to travel Scotland with Karin in August. He has asked me if I can join him for a couple of days after they have returned to Switzerland to travel a bit around Switzerland. Tack is getting married in Bangkok on 28th August. I wanted to make them all and I tried to arrange all with our original destinations, Prague and Poland, in one holiday. But it would be extremely hard schedule of course. I gave up my great travel plans. If I were not pregnant now, I would make them all! I've already felt stresses and strains of having a baby? Oh, no, am I going to be ok??

Well, actually, we booked another short break holiday in Italy from 9th July for 2 nights. Tosh was talking about Italy that he'd been last week, and I really felt like eating nice Italian pasta. I looked for flights to any Italian city but for the lowest price possible. I found one! Flight to a place called Brindisi. Return tickets costs less than 60 pounds each. Brindisi is located on the south east coast of the peninsula. I've never heard of the name. Probably infested with Albanian immigrants and only food would be Kebab??? (Don't know if Albanians eat Kebab, though.) I hope we will be able to have gorgeous Italian dishes!!

I was really in mood of booking some more short holidays. Very dangerous. I was about to book a flight to Baden Baden on one weekend! Luckily, Jason is not here and could not ask for his opinions! It seems I am really rushing into travelling in the last minutes. Thinking about that we will never be able to travel so easily like now once we have a baby, I really want to do it as much as possible, in these 3 months! Am I a bit greedy?? Yes, quite.

I met Masumi for dinner. This is the first time to see my friend who knows my pregnancy so that I can talk about my pregnancy freely. It's very comfortable as I do not have to hide anything.

I received a parcel from Ayako. Umeboshi and nori + some more! How did she know what I am craving for??? I'm very happy and feel lucky that I have such a good friend!

I am having 'that' screening tomorrow at 9.00 at the Independent Hospital. I will have known the results by noon. As I am going to have dinner with Min tomorrow evening, she will be the first friend who gets to know the outcome of the screening.
