22W 6D タンペレの街 Walking around Tampere town

フィンランド旅行 20/08/04 - 29/08/04 Day 2

川野にテキストを送り、オリンピック、日本のソフトが決勝リーグにいけたことを知り、ちょっと嬉しい。アテネでソフト観たかったなあ。今日はタンペレの街まで行き、TAKOという発電所（？）の前のカフェでお茶をする。帰りは雨が降って来たが、湖沿いをホテルまで歩く。ちょっと下腹部が痛いので、ホテルで４時ぐらいから寝る。夕飯はホテルのレストラン。フィンランド名物らしいきのこクリームスープがまあまあいけた。

I asked Kawano by text message how Japan is doing in softball in Athens. I am happy to hear that they have made to the finals. I wanted to go there to support Japanese softball.... We went to Tampere town and had a tea break opposite to the power station called 'TAKO'. We then walked back to the hotel along side the lake. It was raining. I felt slight abdominal pain and rest in bed from about 4 pm. Had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The cream mushroom soup I ordered was quite good. It seems that mushroom cuisine is Finnish speciality.
