37W 6D 24時間検尿　24 hour urine collection

今日は朝から例の24時間連続採尿を開始。まず、トイレに行き普通に排尿。その時間をボトルに開始時間として記録して、それ以降の尿を全てボトルに溜める。翌日、開始時刻と同じ時間に最後の採尿をして、ボトルを病院へ持っていく。

I started 24 hour urine collection this morning. What I am supposed to do is.... Empty my bladder into the toilet and record the time on the bottle as my start time. All the urine over the 24 hours must go into the bottle. Exactly 24 hours after my start time, empty my bladder and transfer the urine to the bottle. Then bring the bottle to the hospital.
