昨日は夕方、軽い偏頭痛と吐き気があり、なんだか、もういいやって気になったから、今日は予定通り病院に行くことにしていたが、けいこやネット友達のアドバイスもあり、おっぱいマッサージをしたら、５分もしないで陣痛らしきものが始まった。夜の２時頃。２時間ぐらい寝たが、痛みと空腹で起きる。出血も少ししたので病院に電話。とりあえず８時に行き、誘発のジェルを使うか診てくれるそうだ。いってきまーす！
I had slight migraine and felt sick yesterday evening, and I started to feel like finishing my pregnancy off and made up my mind to go to the induction. Keiko, a friend of mine who used to be a midwife, wrote to me that breast massage is really good to trigger contractions and I tried it as the last resort before going to bed. It worked within 5 minutes! I could manage to sleep for about 2 hours but woke up from pain and hunger. Had some bleeding. Rang hospital. Was told to come in at 8 as I have anyway an appointment. They will check if I need inducing gel. Wish me luck!!
