恭喜発財！旧正月、アラタの初のチャイニーズニューイヤー。今年は酉年。2004年12月生まれのアラタはまるまる申年だ。ロイヤルチャイナに私達もニューイヤーを祝いに（？）行った。アンパオ（紅い中国式お年玉袋）やら赤尽くめの装飾で、ウエイトレスもチャイナドレス。気分はすっかりチャイニーズ。チャイニーズニューイヤー特別点心も食べて満足。
Gong xi fa cai! Lunar New Year. Arata's first Chincese New Year! This year is the year of rooster. It's a year of monkey last year and Arata is a 'whole' monkey because he was conceived and born during the year. We went to Royal China to celebrate (?) Chinese New Year. Waitresses are wearing a nice china dress, lots of 'red' decor including 'ang pao', and we felt very Chinese! We had special new year dim sum in addition to our usual choices.
