今日はみんなでグリニッジに行った。肌寒かったけど、天文台の丘からのカナリーウオーフの眺めはよかった。ここ一ヵ月の間に首が据わったアラタ。カーシートはお座りポジション。スリングも先週末、初めて前向きにした。それ以来、スリングでお出かけの時は、全身を動かして、愛想を振りまいて、大喜びのアラタ。ここ数週間、夜中に何度も起きていたが2日前から落ち着いて一安心。ただ、最近、母乳の量が減ったみたいで私のおっぱいがフラット気味なのが寂しい。
We went to Greenwich. It was chilly but the view of Canary Wharf from the hill was beautiful. Arata's neck has become stable in the last one month. He can now sit in sitting position in the car seat and we've started to carry him front facing in sling since last Saturday. He loves facing forward position very much. Whenever he goes out in sling, he keeps moving all four and smiling at everyone he sees! In the last couple of days, he's woken up only once during night, which is good. But my milk supply has become smaller? My breasts are not full so much any more...
