アラタは最近両手で両足をつかんだりする。オムツを替える時に、こうやって足を持ち上げてくれたら楽なのになあ。
腰痛がよくならないけど、どうにかベイビーマッサージに行った。今日でこのグループに参加できるのは最後。最後の締めくくりに、アラタはマッサージ中に2回もおしっこを飛ばす（そして私のジーンズにみごと着地させる）記録を作ってくれた。みんなの、特に女の子のお母さんの、記憶に残るに違いない！グループで記念撮影をさせてもらって、担当Midwifeのフローレンスともお別れをした。久しぶりに、ドイツ人のKeristinとアラタより2日だけお姉さんのLeahちゃんも来ていた。彼女らも再来月Wappingから引っ越すそうだ。ヘルスビジターさんが言っていた通り、子供ができるとWappingを離れてしまう人が多い。
Arata has started to hold his feet. I hope he will soon help me hold his feet when I am changing his nappies!
My back is still sore but we could manage to go to the baby massage. It's our last time to join the group. Arata marked his last appearance with the record of twice peeing to my sigh! He must have impressed other mums, especially who hasn't got a baby boy! We took a photo together and said good bye to Florence, the midwife who runs the group. We saw Keristin and Leah at the group. They are moving out of Wapping, too. I remember that the health visitor Helen told me that lots of people leave Wapping when they start their family.
