今日で8ヶ月。ここ数日でハイハイができるようになった。と、言っても、まだ後ろにしか進めない。だけど、座った状態からうつぶせになり、ずりずり移動。そしておもちゃを取り、座リ直すことで、「移動」ができるようになった。アラタが座っている辺りに頭を置いて寝転がり、ふっと思いをめぐらしている隙に、アラタはもう横にはいない。昨日の Cafe Continental のコーヒーモーニングは盛況で国際色豊かだった。フランス、ロシア、イタリア、チェコ、日本、そして英国人(二人きり！)のお母さん。フランス人の赤ちゃんは、やっぱりおしゃれなベビー服を着て、サングラスをかけていたので、ちょっと拝借して、アラタとポーズ。
Arata's 8 months birthday. He can crawl now! Well, only backwards. But he can at least get a toy by lying on his tummy, moving a bit, then sitting up again. We went to the coffee morning at Cafe Continental yesterday. The weather was good and there were about 10 mums and babies. Woking turns out to be quite international as well. We were French, Italian, Russian, Czech, British and Japanese mums. (Only 2 British.) A French baby was wearing fashionable baby clothes and a pair of sunglasses. Arata borrowed and tried the sunglasses on!
