今日は一日中出歩いていた。まず私の偏頭痛、一ヶ月経っても治らない風邪のためにGPへ。偏頭痛は、やっとスペシャリストを紹介してくれるらしい。ただ、少しでも母乳をあげているとホルモンのバランスが通常と違うので、とりあえず止めるようにアドバイスされた。風邪については、一週間分の抗生物質を処方される。
その後、教会のプレイグループへ行き、ゆうこさんとトーマ、ジョウズィとルークでランチして、みんなでベイビークリニックへ行った後は、夕方までジョウズィのうちでおしゃべり。今日のアラタは8.56Kg。
