今年のよさこいでも歌いました。
今回も指導してくれた駐妻の方々は、オペラ歌手にヤマハのピアノの先生と、ペナンの日本人、とってもレベルが高い。最後はUSMの先生まで来て指揮。
ところが、リハーサルなしでやったため、スピーカーの音とピアノの音の時差で混乱。最後はスピーカーなしでやったけど、NHKの震災サポートにビデオを郵送する話があったのに、録画を見たらピアノの音が拾えていない。
急きょ、スタジオでレコーディングして、映像にかぶせることに。スピードが多少違うのでぴったりとはいかなかったけれども、NHKに無事送付。レコーディングなんて新鮮な体験。
We sang at Yosakoi this year again. We had an opera singer and Yamaha piano instructor among us and they led our trainings. We also had an USM lecturer who came to our practice and conducted for our performance.
We did very well. But as we hadn't do any reheasals, we had a big problem..... there was a gap between the actual piano sound and the sound from the speakers! We got really confused and in the end, we decided to switch off the audio system.
We wanted to submit our video clip to NHK to support 3.11 disaster relief campaign, but the video didn't pick up piano sound and we decided to do some recording at a studio. It was another new experience.
